Telyra for iOS
Support
Telyra connects to compatible Hermes or OpenClaw infrastructure that you operate or are authorized to use.
Before connecting
- Obtain the HTTPS or secure WebSocket address and credential from your server or Gateway operator.
- Enter the address in Telyra. For OpenClaw, you may also select a Gateway found through Bonjour on your local network.
- Use Test connection and review the detected runtime and capabilities.
- For OpenClaw, read the destination disclosure and approve it only if you recognize and trust the destination and its configured providers.
The App Store purchase provides the native client only. It does not include Gateway hosting, a model account, provider credits, or server administration.
Connection troubleshooting
- Confirm the iPhone can reach the configured address and that the server certificate is valid.
- Confirm the credential was issued for that exact server and has not expired or been revoked.
- For local discovery, allow Local Network access in iOS Settings and confirm the Gateway advertises
_openclaw-gw._tcp. - If a feature is missing, check the capability summary. Telyra hides or disables features the server does not advertise.
- For OpenClaw certificate-pinning errors, compare the complete SHA-256 fingerprint with the Gateway operator before saving it.
Voice, microphone, and speech
Voice starts off. Activate it from Telyra only when you intend to use it, then grant Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions if prompted. Stop the voice session in the app when finished. If recognition or playback fails, check the selected voice route, the configured voice endpoint, and its credential. Apple Speech may process audio when on-device recognition is unavailable.
Camera, photos, files, and sharing
These controls appear only when the selected runtime supports them. Review the displayed destination before sending. Shared items may remain in protected on-device staging while delivery is pending; cancel the pending share if you no longer want it delivered.
Disconnect and remove local access
- Clear the bearer credential in server settings to stop authenticated Hermes access from this installation.
- For OpenClaw, use Disconnect to end the current connection without deleting credentials.
- Use Forget this Gateway to remove that Gateway's token, bootstrap credential, certificate pin, and consent record from this device.
- Use Remove all OpenClaw credentials to remove every stored OpenClaw credential and this installation's OpenClaw device identity.
- Delete Telyra from the iPhone to remove its app-container data, including locally owned stock-Hermes session history.
These actions cannot delete copies already held by a Gateway, model provider, speech provider, or storage service. Contact that service's operator for server-side access or deletion.
Privacy and reporting
Read the Telyra privacy policy. To report a Telyra client problem, a privacy concern, or objectionable behavior exposed through the client, email contact@nicai.space. Include the Telyra version, iOS version, runtime type, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, bearer tokens, setup codes, private keys, or sensitive conversation content.
The operator of the configured Gateway controls its models, tools, users, and server-side content. For urgent removal or abuse involving that infrastructure, disconnect or forget it in Telyra and contact its operator directly.
